Naked Cowboy Robert Burck was arrested in San Francisco last week for allegedly performing and soliciting illegally. While the Naked Cowboy is a loved fixture in New York’s Times Square, San Francisco’s Union Square apparently has rules against the practice. The charges were dropped on July 29 because of an apparent paperwork error.
