Bert Keeter incorporates his underwear into a winning challenge on Project Runway.
Christmas has arrived early this summer with the delivery of Project Runway Season 9. Though the pool of this year’s contestants is littered with young pups, our early favorite is 57-year-old Bert Keeter, who in the ’90s gave up a career in fashion design and has now returned to his craft for a second chance. We were thrilled when he – SPOILER ALERT – won the first challenge where the designers had to create a look using their own nightclothes for fabrics. Here is Bert Keeter in a snazzy pair of plaid boxers that would soon became an even snazzier, challenge-winning dress.
Let’s hope we have plenty more Project Runway contestant underwear sightings this season.
