Imagine a world without boxers-or-briefs.com. That’s what could happen if the U.S. Congress passes the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and the U.S. Senate passes the PROTECT IP Act (PIPA). These are rotten laws that give the U.S. government power to shut down web sites that post content that big corporations suspect might be pirating their content: without a judge’s oversight or due process or the ability to argue thier case. This would be a crippling blow to independent bloggers.

For readers who live in the U.S., contact your senators and representatives and tell them NOT to support this over reaching law.

Perez Hilton has posted lots of stories of celebrities in various states of undress so it’s nice to see that he tries to turn the tables now and then. Our friends at Rumor Rat brought this gem to our attention: Perez Hilton shirtless in just his trunk-style underwear. It’s hard to tell the brand. The design looks like Ginch Gonch but the brand name on the waistband isn’t quite long enough. Who is Perez Hilton wearing?
