Shia LaBeouf was spotted shirtless and sunning himself at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival last weekend in Indio, Calif. You can just make out a white waistband. It's hard to know for sure, but they look like briefs or boxer briefs.

Because the waistbands on many of Fruit of the Loom's lines are the same, it's hard to tell if the Sexiest Man Alive is wearing briefs or boxer briefs.
