Times Square's Naked Cowboy Robert Burck filed suit in February claiming copyright infringement on the part of M&M maker Mars Inc.

Video billboard ads for M&Ms showed an M&M dressed in the outfit the entertainer is well known for wearing (cowboy boots and white briefs). Burck thought to trademark his Naked Cowboy brand in 2003. Find lots of Naked Cowboy videos here.
